Evening Practice Schedule


Evening practice is for first year and beginning runners. Starting June 24th, the team will meet at the Casa Weight Room from 6:30-8:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We won't "hit the ground running" like morning practice but instead focus on the basics of pacing, mechanics, drills and strength training. The program will be designed so that everyone will feel comfortable with distance running at the Running Camp on July 22-26th. Evening practice will conclude after the Tahoe Camp and the entire team will attend Morning Practice.

Please come dressed to run and with a large water bottle. A stopwatch is recommended but not required. Please keep in mind that the valley heat is very unforgiving. Coaches will be monitoring student athletes closely but it is strongly recommended to stay well hydrated during the day.
