Pre-Season Conditioning will begin on January 6th, 2020. We will meet in the weight room on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:30 to 6:30pm until regular practice starts on February 10th. Students must be cleared to participate by the athletic director's office before they can participate in practice.

Starting February 10, 2020, we will meet at the Track Monday-Friday from 4:30 to 6:30pm.If students are participating in other winter sports, they must conclude that sport before coming to track practice.
